Job responsibilities/tasks
● Provides individual, group and family intervention in the home, community, center, clinic and
school environments as indicated on client individual treatment plans.
● Create and implement treatment plans for clients with behavioral, emotional, and
developmental concerns with an emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorders or related disorders
utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis.

(QSP/CMDE) and/or an Experience Associate Clinical Director within our Behavioral Health and
Autism Division in Minnesota.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Conduct comprehensive multidisciplinary evaluations to meet all components of a diagnostic
assessment.
● Supervise individual providers conducting treatment plans for clients with behavioral,
emotional, and developmental concerns with an emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorders or related
disorders utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis.
● Oversee and assists clinical team members with assessment, data collection, data analysis, task
analysis, functional analysis, and goal writing.
● Oversee applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs for clients with autism spectrum
disorder and other special needs
● Provides training as needed to providers implementing EIDBI services for clients on caseload.
● Conduct at least monthly clinical supervision for assigned clients on caseload.
● Conduct internal and external client team meetings to update the client’s treatment plan and
coordinate services with parents and all outside service providers every 3-6 months as needed.
● Conduct an average of 28 – 32 of indirect and direct billable weekly therapy hours.
